Returns and Refunds Policy
Vert Jade strives to ensure that every transaction on our site is transparent. We take the utmost care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. Due to the customization and tailor-made nature of each piece sold on our site, we do not accept returns on products delivered in perfect condition. A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:
- A wrong product was shipped
- If you identify a quality or manufacturing defect in the product received.
- If the product is received in damaged condition.
If the lack of conformity is proven, the user may obtain a replacement or refund of the product.
Process:
1. Our return policy is applicable, within the meaning of Article L211-5 of the French Consumer Code, within 14 days to Vert Jade customer service (contact@vertjade.com). After this period, we consider that the order has been definitively accepted. The period runs from the date of delivery of the product in accordance with the confirmation received by the carrier. Cancellation cannot be made once the order has been placed.
2. Please send us to contact@vertjade.com :
- Two images of the product (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product)
- Order number
- Name, first name and address
- Reason for complaint for non-compliance
We will check the details with reference to its return eligibility.
3. We will then respond to you with the status of your return request within 10 days of receiving your email. Once your return request is accepted, we will ask you to arrange for the product(s) in question to be shipped to our workshop. Once we receive the goods, we will check their condition and if we confirm a defect, we will issue a refund or replacement.
Key points: The product must be returned with the original packaging. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Vert Jade also guarantees its users against any hidden defects affecting the product, in accordance with Article 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. The company is not responsible for apparent defects that the customer could have noticed and convinced himself of.
Please also note that all product images displayed on our site are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may sometimes vary due to color enhancement on your computer or phone.
