          Problème de logistique

          J’ai passé une commande le 28 février pour la fête des grand mères. Colis reçu seulement aujourd’hui le 14 mars suite à une erreur de logistique. Un échange de colis et nous avons reçu le mauvais. En soit, le produit est top, un peu cher mais cela crée des souvenirs. Ce que je reproche, c’est le manque de communication et de geste commercial. J’avais prévu de passer 3 »2 autres commandes mais je vais peut être m’abstenir, je ne sais pas.. En tous cas, les produits sont bien, axés d’amélioration sur la communication.

            Yes, absolutely. We have already engraved first names or signatures that came from greeting cards.

          • How do I know if the handwriting photo will work?

            As long as we can clearly see what's written, we can use it. Consider taking a photo from above. If you're unsure if the writing is usable, email us at contact@vertjade.com

          • What if the writing I want includes other text or drawings?

            In the customization module, use the "comments" section to give us details. For example, "please use only the word 'mom,' not the scrawl on the right." If we have any questions, we'll contact you by email.

          • Is it possible to engrave on both sides?

            Yes, absolutely. To do this, click on “PERSONALIZE” and follow the different steps in the customization module.

          • I would like to give this piece of leather goods to a friend. Is it possible to have it delivered to her home?

            Yes, no problem. Just enter their address when you place your order.

          • Can I send you several photos so you can decide which one looks best?

            Absolutely. Our customization module allows you to add two photos. We will be happy to select the best one.
