            No, absolutely not. The imprint kit was specifically designed for newborns. The ink is certified non-toxic for babies. It's perfectly suitable.

          • Once I receive the kit, is there a time limit for sending you the prints?

            No pressure. Take as much time as you want to return your prints to us.

          • My child unfortunately passed away, and his fingerprints were taken at the maternity ward. Could you immortalize them?

            Unfortunately, we regularly receive this type of request, which deeply affects us. If this is the case, send us an email to contact@vertjade.com with a photo of your prints, and we'll let you know immediately if they're usable.

          • Is it possible to engrave on both sides?

            Yes, absolutely. To do this, click on “PERSONALIZE” and follow the different steps in the customization module.

          • Can you engrave a print and text on the same side?

            No, due to lack of space. However, you can engrave a print on the front and text on the back.

          • I have two children. Is it possible to personalize a piece of jewelry with their fingerprints on the front and their first names on the back?

            Yes, absolutely. Per side, we can engrave up to:

            • 2 prints
            • 2 lines of text + 1 emoji

          • I ordered a piece of jewelry and am waiting for the impression kit. Is it possible to modify my order?

          • Can twins' footprints be engraved on the same bracelet?

            Yes, you can either:

            • engrave your twins' fingerprints on the front and their first names on the back
            • immortalize one or two prints on each side

          • How to put a heart under the first name?

            You can select this option in the customization module
