Can I use an adult's handwriting?
Yes, absolutely. We have already engraved first names or signatures that came from greeting cards.

How do I know if the handwriting photo will work?
As long as we can clearly see what's written, we can use it. Consider taking a photo from above. If you're unsure if the writing is usable, email us at contact@vertjade.com

What if the writing I want includes other text or drawings?
In the customization module, use the "comments" section to give us details. For example, "please use only the word 'mom,' not the scrawl on the right." If we have any questions, we'll contact you by email.
